As exciting as other parts of Max Casino are, I have to say that I was a little disappointed with its Promotions tab. At the time of writing, there are only two options, and one of them is a welcome bonus for the sportsbook.

The gaming library is one of the most impressive things about Max Casino. First off, I’ll start by saying that the simplistic design of the casino is what allows players to choose rather quickly. Second, with so many titles, it’s logical that you can find every kind of theme. Finally, there are a lot of jackpot options, as well. But to spin these reels, you’d have to use the filters – an overlook, which I’m positive will be fixed with its own category in the future.

The Table & Crash Games tab is not as rich, but there are 800+ titles that are sure to entertain. Blackjack, roulette, and baccarat seem to be prevailing in quantity with titles such as Baccarat, 21 Burn Blackjack, and 101 Roulette. However, you can also find several poker variants and even video poker games like 2 Deuces Wild.

The good news is that, just like with the slots, you can try out most RNG table games in demo mode. Of course, using the filter is available here as well. One thing I think can be improved is the separation of the crash titles from the table games. Putting them all under one category can be tedious for those looking for a specific game.

Live Casino

With over 500 games, the live casino in Max Casino puts up a good show. Operators like Evolution and Vivo Gaming, alongside several others, power this category with titles like Ice Fishing, Baccarat Copa Cabana, and Texas Hold’em Bonus Poker.

Aside from the usual poker, blackjack, and roulette, Asian games like Sic Bo and Teen Patti are also available. If you’re more into game shows, titles like Dream Catcher and Balloon Race should be right up your alley.

Other Games

Although mixed with the table games, it’s important to note that Max Casino does have a few arcade games. I’m talking about Dice, Hi Lo, Crash, Keno, Mines, and a few others. These are widely known as crypto-oriented games, which is why it’s a bit confusing as to why the operator chose to mix them together with the RNG options. 

Another interesting category is the Virtual Games tab. Here you can play various sports for fun or with real money. Max Casino also has a Lucky Games category, which is the second largest one with nearly 900 titles. However, this one is a compilation of games from other tabs, based on luck rather than skills.

Reaching customer support is pretty simple, given the 24/7 live chat. When you start the conversation, you’re first met with the casino’s bot; however, if your questions are not addressed, you’ll be connected to an agent in less than 5 minutes.

The other option is to use their email. This is not always convenient, as it can take up to a day to get a response. An FAQ option is available, but it may not always have the answer.
